Snuggle Sesh Salted Caramel Cookie Bars

Turn your favorite sweet-and-salty cookie mix into thick, chewy dessert bars finished with buttery caramel and a touch of flaky sea salt. They're perfect for sharing with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Kova Baking Snuggle Sesh Cookie Mix
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup softened butter
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Kova Baking Snuggle Sesh Cookie Mix, 1 egg, and ½ cup softened butter. Mix until a soft dough forms. If the dough seems dry or crumbly after mixing, add 1 tablespoon of water and continue mixing until the dough comes together.
  3. Press the dough evenly into a greased or parchment-lined 8×8-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden and the center is set.
  5. Allow the bars to cool for about 15 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with warm caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt before slicing into squares.

Kova Tip: Warm each bar for a few seconds in the microwave and serve with vanilla ice cream.
